Reach Out and Read: A Doctor's Perspective

This is an archived interview of Dr. Navneet Singh, a Kaiser pediatrician who collaborated with a local library to implement the early literacy program, Reach Out and Read, at his Kaiser outpatient clinic.. Dr. Singh offers his perspective regarding the value of this particular early literacy program, and the added benefit of undertaking this program in partnership with public libraries.
